The Judicial Service Of Ghana has started conducting its January 2023 job recruitment. The service is looking for suitably qualified persons to occupy the positions mentioned below.
Positions Open:
1. Judicial Clerk / Research Assistant
- Summarizing arguments or evidence in proceedings and judging legal issues in light of the laws that apply.
- Doing detailed research on specific topics.
- Preparing pre-hearing memoranda and opinions, as well as identifying key issues in cases the Line Manager is scheduled to hear.

- Preparing and filing writs, pleadings, submissions, statements of cases, witness statements, and other court and legal documents, both for and against the institution.
- Representing the institution in court and other places, like the labour commission, when necessary.
- Giving advice on cases that should be sent to the institution’s outside lawyers so that they can do their jobs for the institution.
