Eligibility
Candidates must satisfy the following requirements:
a. Be Ghanaian citizens resident in Ghana.
b. Candidates for Masters
- Hold a degree in relevant field of study
- Must not be more than thirty-five (35) years of age for postgraduate studies
- 2nd Class (Upper Division) or better
- Completed national service

- Completed application forms should be submitted to the Scholarships Secretariat together with the following documents;
- Curriculum vitae
- Copy of passport
- Certified copies of school certificates and transcripts
- Proof of English or Serbian language proficiency
- A medical certificate not older than six months confirming that applicant does not suffer from any infectious disease
- Certificate that applicant is HIV negative
