- Work from engineering drawings, sketches, other specifications as well as verbal instructions.
- Select appropriate welding equipment such as gas torches, portable electric arcs and semi-automatic and automatic machines and select appropriate electrode for material.
- Set up and adjust equipment and controls to regulate gas pressure, voltage or amperage.

- Arrange meetings and conferences; including preparing agendas and minutes for same.
- Collates and follow up on routine task assignment for internal and external meetings.
- Arrange travel and accommodation request for the support function teams/contractors and government officials when needed
3. Mine Maintenance Electrician
- Raise a job card for work to be carried out, if any problems are identified.
- Attend to items on the maintenance planning schedule, as and when required.
- Accomplish work objectives by determining own work schedule, coordinate with support services.
- Troubleshoot technical and / or operational problems.

4. Mine Maintenance Mechanical Technician
