- To conceptualize, plan, supervise, and execute a marketing strategies
- Overseeing a marketing activity and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy.
- Setting sales and marketing KPIs to manage activity within the team in conjunction with me commercial team and ensure that sales targets are met.
- Develop an annual marketing calendar for the region & and its implementation
- Tracking, reporting, and analyzing budget variances.
- Reviewing the company’s financial statements to ensure they are accurate.
- Preparing month-end reports for management, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow
- Recommending changes in policies or procedures that will improve financial performance
