Société Générale Ghana PLC is inviting job applications for the position of Business Intelligence & Data Analyst. The successful candidate will use data to support management decisions, improve business performance and monitor financial risks across the Bank.
Duties
The role involves analysing business and customer performance, developing management dashboards and monitoring key performance indicators. The analyst will also assess credit portfolio risks, identify emerging trends, support budgeting and forecasting, and prepare reports for senior management.
Other duties include improving reporting processes, developing predictive models and promoting data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- A good bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Banking or a related field.
- At least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, banking analysis or risk analytics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- The ability to interpret complex data and present useful recommendations.
- A master’s degree and relevant professional certifications, such as Microsoft Power BI, CFA or FRM, will be an advantage.
- Experience in banking or financial services is strongly preferred.
