Jumia is inviting applications from recent graduates in Ghana for its 2027 Graduate Management Trainee Programme in Supply Chain. The two-year, full-time, on-site programme offers practical experience in e-commerce logistics, operational management and supply chain processes.
About the Programme
Successful candidates will rotate through key operational areas, including warehousing, order fulfilment, sorting centres and last-mile delivery. They will also work on real projects, analyse operational data and identify ways to improve efficiency and delivery performance.
The programme combines hands-on training, mentoring and leadership coaching. It is offered on a two-year fixed-term contract with an intern allowance.
Eligibility Criteria
- Hold a first degree from a recognised and accredited university and have graduated in 2025.
- Have completed National Service and possess an NSS Certificate or Release Letter.
- Have at least three months of relevant internship experience, preferably in sales, retail, FMCG or account management.
- Be comfortable working with numbers and Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Be willing to relocate during the programme.
