GCB Bank Plc has opened applications for its 2026 Eaglet Management Trainee Programme, a 24-month development opportunity for high-performing graduates interested in building careers in banking.
The programme offers practical banking experience, professional training, performance assessments and exposure to different business and support functions within the Bank. Participants who successfully complete the programme may be considered for permanent roles, subject to performance, organisational needs and available positions.
Eligibility
- Be 25 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with at least Second Class Upper Division in any discipline.
- Have completed the mandatory National Service Scheme by the time of application.
- Be willing to work in any GCB business function or location across Ghana.
