Role Responsibilities:
- To conceptualize, plan, supervise, and execute a marketing strategies
- Overseeing a marketing activity and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy.
- Setting sales and marketing KPIs to manage activity within the team in conjunction with me commercial team and ensure that sales targets are met.
- Develop an annual marketing calendar for the region & and its implementation
- Drive revenue through efficient and dynamic media buying.
- To identify sales prospects and new business opportunities by effectively monitoring the market trend.
- Implementing new sales plans and advertising
- Training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing targets.

Qualification, Experience & Competence
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Five (5) years’ experience in marketing or sales.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
- The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
- Skilled user of MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- A self-starter, able to work on own initiative and keep to timelines
- A tenacious attitude towards challenges.
- Ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Ability to develop and lead high-performance work teams.
