Responsibilities:
- Helping people find things, answering their questions, and giving them advice or suggestions.
- Using scanners, scales, cash machines, and other types of electronic equipment.
- Keeping the cash register in balance and making reports for sales made with credit cards and debit cards.
- Taking payments, making sure prices and amounts are correct, and giving each customer a receipt.
- Taking care of returns, exchanges, and complaints.
- Putting items in bags or packing them to keep them safe during transport.
- Following the store’s rules about coupons, gift cards, and buying certain things, like alcohol or smokes.
- Keeping the place where you work clean.
Qualification and Experience Required:
- To be eligible for this role, applicants should hold an SHS or Diploma certificate
- You must have at least 2 years of working experience
