A massive Job Recruitment is currently ongoing at AT Ghana. This renowned ram d is looking to hire proactive, confident and detail oriented persons for the list of vacancy below. The roles are based in Accra, Ghana.
- Manage and ensure availability of products/devices in the shop.
- Responsible for driving enhanced customer experience in the shop.
Responsible for team engagement.
- Provide coaching, recommend and supervise training for team members.
- Enforce and track process adherence of all customer experience employees in the shop.
- Ensure Relevant documents are made available for smooth payment to Vendors.
- Ensure accurate tax deduction per Vendor Profile at each payment.
- Communicate Payment Remittance with Vendors as and when payments are made.
- Ensure Approval Matrix is compiled to for all payment instruction.
- Ensure all receipts in all the banks are classified and shared with all the stakeholders daily.
- Prepare roaming and interconnect receipts report & share daily without errors.
- Ensure transactions do not age on the BRS beyond the stipulated period.
- Ensure all shops are funded both with e-money and cash on timely basis and booked in the GL accordingly.
- Mystery shopping of retail shops including franchise shops
- Monitor and evaluate customer interactions.
- Monthly business review with BPO Partner on performance and ensure conformity with set targets and customer experience.
- Call Center operations management including ensuring all service and operations KPIs are met for level 1 inbound.
