Nacee, the man behind several of former president John Dramani Mahama’s campaign tunes, has disclosed that the official campaign song for Mahama’s 2024 bid is already completed and ready for release.
Nacee mentioned this while speaking with Kwadwo Sheldon. The gospel musician shared that he wrapped up the campaign song well in advance of the upcoming election year.
Responding to a viewer’s question about his plans for the election year, Nacee confirmed, “Mahama’s 2024 campaign song has been ready way before now. “I finished with it long ago.”
He drew attention to the fact that in spite of the challenges, especially in a demanding cocoa season, creating songs for political campaigns provides a chance to convey messages creatively to the public. Nacee went ahead to explicate that his studio is open to anyone, irrespective of political affiliations.
“NPP or NDC isn’t boldly written on my studio gadgets,” he stated. He also said that his work is strictly business.
Additionally, he was committed to artistic articulation rather than party allegiance. The singer is known for hit songs like ‘E dey bee,’ ‘Onaapo,’ and ‘Mahama Okada,’ for Mahama’s previous campaigns.
He also discussed how faithful he is when it comes to making politicians’ messages more accessible.
