Where to Buy Admission Forms or E-Vouchers
Applicants interested in any of the above institutions are to buy e-vouchers which will enable them apply to their preferred institution online. The e-vouchers or admission forms are up for sale at the Centers listed below:
- Ghana Post Office
- Preferred Institution’s Admission or Cash Office
- GCB Bank
- Agriculture Development Bank
- Consolidated Bank of Ghana
- Republic Bank
- Ecobank
- Prudential Bank
- Zenith Bank
- etc
Note: Most of the E-vouchers can be purchased at the post office, yet, some can be solely purchased in certain banks so in case an applicant fails to get a voucher at the Ghana Post Office, some of the above-listed banks should be visited for the purchase of the e-voucher.
Alternatively, there are procedures online to help applicants purchase e-vouchers online and most at times, make payment via Mobile Money (MoMo).
How To Buy Admission Forms Online
- Dial *887*18# or *477*16# (this code applies to all networks)
- Next, type or enter the institution’s name eg. UG and proceed to authorize Payment
- Enter 1 to proceed to the payment of the e-voucher eg. GH¢200. However if you are not interested in paying the money, you may enter 0 to cancel.
- If you select option 1, you will be asked to enter your pin to confirm payment (MoMo pin).
- At this point, you should make sure your MoMo wallet has a balance of the amount needed to pay for the voucher.
- After a successful payment, the you will receive an e-voucher by SMS.
