A health expert has warned that people’s favorite sex position, doggy, can actually cause stroke in both men and in women.
In an interview with Kafui Dey on GTV, the young health expert stated “ due of the tension on the back, when women lean during sex, it damages the spine more.
The expert recommended missionary as the ideal position for both men and women when giving couples advice on which posture to follow.
He continued by saying that while men are more likely to have strokes during sex, women frequently have serious back problems.
He stated that when a man strikes a lady from behind, blood flows to the heart more quickly.

“The spine is harmed more severely in some positions. Positions like as the doggie are very bad for the lady. It will be more difficult for the woman’s waist to bend because of this.
“With the guy, this action is akin to running a marathon of around 5000 kilometers; it is a very lengthy voyage. As a result, you must be standing, and standing increases blood flow to the body’s active areas.
“Blood flow to the penis is extremely, extremely vital when performing sexual acts. That implies that the heart pumps more blood to the legs and penis, which could in a sense give you stroke.
“You can have a stroke in the middle of the doggy. The position we support is possibly the missionary, but others will object and claim that it isn’t the ideal method to engage in sex.”
