This is a full-time on-site job as a Retail Salesperson at StarLife Assurance in Kumasi. The title holder will be tasked for engaging customers, selling life assurance products, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales targets on a day-to-day basis.
Candidate’s Credentials:
For the company to deem you fit for the job, you must have:
- Product Knowledge and Retail Sales skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
- High school diploma or equivalent (WASSCE); Bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Previous sales experience is beneficial
