- Lead, mentor, and develop the bakery’s management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence, while ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and values.
Financial Management
- Manage the bakery’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability analysis, while identifying opportunities to optimize resources and reduce costs.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure all bakery products meet established quality standards and comply with health, safety, and food industry regulations, implementing best practices and corrective actions as needed.

Background:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the food and beverage or bakery industry, with a proven track record of leading successful operations.
