The Appointments:
1. Senior Metallurgist
- Promote safety through the management systems to ensure compliance regarding people, equipment, and the environment as required by the Company and Regulatory Bodies
- Develop, review, and implement standard operating procedures for operations and laboratories, as well as train employees to promote best practices for sate productivity.
2. Mechanical Technician
- Conduct preventative maintenance through scheduled inspections, servicing, adjustments, troubleshooting and timely repair of plant equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance on all mechanical equipment, in line with approved maintenance standards.
3. Senior Mechanical Technician
- Assist in the development of maintenance budget & forecast.
- Manage mechanical failures and provide all teams involved with instructions to operate or troubleshoot machinery.
4. Senior Electrical Technician
- Execute daily pre-start checks of equipment/tools prior to leaving workshop and escalate and report any anomalies.
- Assess all equipment required for completion of the tasked work, create checklist, and transport all tools necessary for task completion.
5. Electrical Supervisor
- Interface with Contractors regarding Electrical tasks for refurbishment works and planned works that support the overall work plan, schedule and expectations.
- Set performance targets and measures, monitor and manage the overall performance of the team members.
