West African Gas Pipeline Company Limited (WAPCo) is advertising fresh employment vacancies. The positions require HND and degree holders.
The Vacancies:
- Follow existing and established means for systematic management of process security throughout the
pipeline system. - Compile, review, analyze and report on all applicable regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable
- Maintain effective communications with port control operations staff in all ports along the area of WAPCo
Pipeline - Issue timely reports to appropriate authorities in fulfillment of regulations.
- Act on own initiative to identify and correct workplace hazards, unsafe practices, security violations or environmental concerns.
- Carry out or participate in the inspection, performance, and documentation of facilities compliance checks, and close out assigned actions.
- Perform, or direct the activities of a variety of skilled and semi-skilled Mechanical work including installing, disassembling/assembling, inspecting, repairing, and replacing defective parts on a variety of equipment and facilities
- Participate in quality teams at the site team and regional levels to improve and standardize work processes.
- Investigate equipment failures and implement process improvement recommendations
