Job Description:
- Opening set up and closing executed according to company requirements
- Delivering Sai trained customer experience at every opportunity
- Cleaning all glasses and cutlery
- Deliver best customer experience by answering questions about food and drinks, informing them of wines available by the glass, country, vintage and grape, plus suggested food and wine pairings
- Take orders to kitchen staff and notify them on any special requests or dietary requirements
- Prepare table and deliver food to customers in a timely manner and attend to the needs of our customers throughout the dining process
- Promote add on sales including additional dishes and drinks
- Manage reservations
- Issue bills and receive payments
- Knowledge and execution of all drinks on menu including knowing the right glass to use
- Manage stock inventory
Preference for candidates who live in the Osu, Labone, Cantonments, Labadi, Teshie environs
