2. Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), Organizational Effectiveness
- Make proposals to HHR to administer customized benefits and reward incentives to retain high performing talents
- Work with the HRBP and other Line Managers to ensure timely and successful recruitment of Station Supervisor Trainees, Shift Captains and Service Attendants.
- Develop and implement the Annual Training Plan (ATP) based on feedback from the Annual Performance Reviews (APRs).
