A Sanitation Supervisor is wanted at Melcom Ghana. The role is located at East Legon, Boundary Road.

Career Profile:

Oversee and coordinate the activities of the sanitation team to ensure Compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
Create, Implement, and maintain sanitation procedures and schedules to ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the facility.
Provide training and guidance to sanitation staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety practices.
Perform regular inspections of facilitles and equipment to assess cleanliness and Identify areas for Improvement or corrective action.
Maintaln accurate records of sanitation activitles, Including cleaning schedules, Inspection results, and any incidents or violations, reporting findings to management as needed

SHS, WASSCE, Diploma, or HND in Education/Experience
Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sanitation, preferably in a supervisory role within a manufacturing food processing, or industrial environment
Familiar with OSHA and FDA sanitation standards and regulations Knowledge of safe chemical handling and cleaning procedures is also essential
The ability to lead, train, and motivate a team is vital. Effective communication skills are necessary to ensure that sanitation standards are understood and met by all team members.
Able to identify sanitation issues, implement corrective actions, and maintain organized records and schedules is important for this role.
Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions for sanitation challenges, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning processes.
