Your Duties:
As the Senior Manager in the FRM Unit, you will;
- Develop, nurture and retain business relationships with C-level executives and strategic persons of existing and prospective clients. Create and identify engagement opportunities for the FRM service line within the Banking and Insurance industries
- Manage the execution of FRM Market/Credit Risk/ESG/ALM/ERM engagements to ensure quality service is delivered
- Build strong internal relationships within Advisory practice and support business development activities including proposals, client’s presentations, service pitching, delivery of webinars, thought leaderships and other trainings
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of risk management practices, both locally and internationally
- Supervise a growing specialist team and contribute to the learning and career development of team members
- Manage third party contractors and multi-firm engagements

You’re a strong candidate if you have;
- Around 12 – 15 years’ experience in professional services advisory, quantitative risks, international banking, insurance, with demonstrable experience in enterprise and financial risk management
- Possess in-depth knowledge within the areas below:
- Financial risk management or financial risk controls and processes within Banking or Securities firms
- Quantitative skill set for the construction, validation, and implementation of financial risk models, such as:
- derivatives, structured products, and pricing models in either FX or interest rates,
- stochastic models,
- market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk
- stress testing,
- PD%, LGD, EAD or development of expert judgment scorecards
- Capital treatments for banking/trading book and interest rate related instruments, currency and commodities, and equity in the trading book under the Basel definitions
- Understanding of VaR analysis and related control processes and policies
- Technical understanding of structured financial instruments, Over-the-counter products and their risk profiles (asset class can be Prime and/or Credit Products, FI and Equity Derivatives, and/or Rates/FX)
- IFRS 9 Impairments and Expected Credit Loss Modelling
- ESG framework, including understanding of regulatory expectations, and risk assessment methodologies covering impacts to strategy, risk appetite and limits, business and risk processes and controls.
- Asset and Liability Management
You’ll help our teams and clients succeed if you have;
- A First degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Finance from a reputable University
- A Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Financial Engineering, Quantitative Finance, Risk Management, Statistics, Actuarial Science) is desirable
- Relevant professional certification, e.g., Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certificate in Quantitative Finance (CQF), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Professional Risk Manager (PRM), or certificate in Actuarial Science or Insurance
