There is a job vacancy at SyTel Ghana. They are in need of a Sales Engineer (ICT). As the occupant of this position, your work will encompass sales, design, SMBs installation and troubleshooting and enterprise networks (LAN/WAN) while exhibiting excellent customer service skills.
Your Activities:
- On-board new clients to establish business relationship and maintaining old ones.
- Providing Technical Support and Products education to clients and Prospects
- Survey, Sale, Design and Integrate LAN & WAN solutions that best suits the customer’s needs
- Chasing targets to improve the company’s revenue.
- Providing IP Network Consultation & Offering Presales/ Post- Sales Support
- Chasing and quoting of tender contracts for customers
- Coordinating with OEM Companies for RMA and tech support on projects and services.
- Promote company’s solutions offerings through online ads and events organization
- Preparing reports and opportunity pipeline projections
Required Qualification:
You must have/be
- BSc Telecoms, Electricals, ICT, Computer Science or any related area
- A valid CCNA OR MCSA/ Azure is a bonus
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in LAN and WAN infrastructure sales and implementation
- Familiar with Power Solutions on IT sites
- Strong understand of an IT environment
- Good interpersonal relationship skills
Compensation & Tools
- Gross Salary: GH¢3,500 or more based on expertise
- Attractive commission after base salary
