Abe Import and Export Co. is publicising a remote work opening. The establishment is employing fresh graduates/senior students who are willing to work in a fast paced environment.
Tasks:
- Propose potential customers in the management area: wholesalers, retailers, salons, etc.
- Record the needs, and feedback of potential customers, and take care of them (answer questions, give advice, support import procedures).
- Report back to the company’s manager: daily working time; customers’ notes; contents exchanged with each customer; images and videos when talking with them; images of customers and their stores.
- Send order information, support customers to import, track orders, and report problems (quality, delivery time, customers’ feedback).
- KPI 1: Bring at least 60 potential customers for a month (wholesalers, retailers).
- KPI 2: Bring at least 20-30 orders for a month.
Competencies
- Able to work with smartphone, laptop, and use Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc)
- English, basic communication skills, smartphone (laptop preferred). Willing to work and develop with international partners, having sales qualities (confidence, diligence, enthusiasm, etc).
Working Process
- Participate in a competency assessment interview.
- Take a short training class to become a specialist.
- Receive documents and offer samples from the company (samples, offer capacity profiles, price list, agent policy table, etc).
Salary and commission policy
- Fixed salary: deal
- Commission: deal
- Bonus: Depending on each milestone achieved, there will be a reward on the spot
