Responsibilities:
- Architectural design
- Routine running of the firm
- Come up with strategies to keep the business running and in good pace for growth
- Produce weekly reports on performance of the firm
- set quarterly, semi annually and yearly targets for the team.
- Recruit sufficient artisans towards the firm becoming self dependent, undertaking building contracts.
- Respond to any duty of relevance.
