There is a new employment slot at PassionAir in Accra. The Air Conditioning Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing air conditioning, its refrigeration and their parts.
The Technician must work to establish a preventative maintenance schedule to ensure air conditioning and its refrigeration systems are running at full capacity at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and service air conditioning and refrigeration units/systems.
- Carry out periodic/routine planned preventative and predictive maintenance and issue reports to Management.
- Running quality checks to make sure systems are working properly and safely
- Diagnose, resolve and repair fault air conditioning system.
- Survey buildings where air conditioning systems are fitted or to be fitted and make recommendations
- Produce estimates and quotes for work & verify purchases supplied.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a refrigeration specialist.
- Experience working with a centralized air conditioning system.
- Ability to solve simple and complex electronic faults.
- Ability to read and write
- Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Effective time management and planning skills.
