1. Electrical & Instrumentation Supervisor
Responsible for the development and implementation of all electrical, instrumentation, communication and controls aspects of Electrical Maintenance functions through the application of operational policies, standards, and procedures in a sustainable cost-effective manner and minimize operational risks to meet the organizational strategic objectives.
To ensure the efficient supervision and control of Electrical Maintenance Team by allocating and managing resources (people and equipment) to attain production and engineering objectives.
Formulate and execute electrical maintenance strategies that ensures the continuous growth of the functional activities to maximize operational efficiencies, safety, and profitability that aligns with the organization’s overall goal.
Develop and implement comprehensive fire safety plans mine wide and conduct regular fire risk assessments and safety audits.
In charge of recognizing, evaluating, and mitigating occupational health hazards in the workplace. Ensuring compliance with environmental and occupational health regulations and develops programs to control risks associated with chemical, biological, and physical agents.
The role will focus on planning, directing, and ensuring that all survey activities relating to development ends, stopes, ore reserves areas, drawing of plans and sections are carried out efficiently and in conformity with specifications and standard professional practices.
Monitor and operate Process Plant equipment and ensure all machinery used in the discharge of duties are carried out in an environmentally responsible and safe manner and, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures to achieve production targets.
Provide Mineral Resources and Grade Control estimation and modelling support to the department and analyze geological data to determine the location of valuable minerals and natural resources.
Co-ordinate Safety programs geared towards the promotion of Health & Safety standards, prevention of personal injuries and property loss at the operations of the Mine and its adjoining facilities
10. Safety Officer – Underground
Develop safe working procedures and continually update SOP’s when necessary.
Support corporate feasibility study and technical due diligence efforts including preparation of Open pit & Underground mine designs, costs and schedules.
12. Senior Strategic Mine Planning Engineer
Ensure relevant Safety, Mining and other statutory Codes and Regulations remain in full compliance at the workplace.
13. Senior Ventilation Engineer
Provide annual refresher training to the workforce- coordinate the preparation and presentation.
Work closely with mine planning, survey, geology, maintenance and operations to ensure continuous improvement of mine ventilation.
Obligsted to ensure the quality and safety of welds, using specialized equipment, and maintaining a safe work environment.
