The Positions:
1. Maintenance Store & Planning Engineer
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of engineering spare parts, tools, fuels and consumables
- Work closely with the engineering and maintenance teams to ensure the availability of critical spare parts for planned and emergency maintenance. Also fuels for boiler operations
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels for spare parts & fuels to avoid production downtime.
- Ensure proper storage conditions to maintain the quality and integrity of spare parts and tools.
- Optimize warehouse layout for easy accessibility and space utilization.
- Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Properly label and organize spare parts for easy identification and retrieval.
- Assist in reordering spare parts by monitoring minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Ensure timely delivery of requested materials to support maintenance work orders.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels and usage trends.
