Tunisia to be replaced with Mali at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. According to a Statement released by FIFA, the Mali national team may go for the World Cup at the detriment of Tunisia; that is if the Tunisian team is suspended.

The statement comes after Kamel Deguiche, the minister of youth and sports in Tunisia’s hint on the potential dissolution of the “Federal Bureaux”.
The remark made by the Tunisian government is seen as interference with domestic football in the eyes of the world football regulatory body.
