Universiti Brunei Darussalam 2023 Scholarships is currently open for applications. This is a fully funded scholarship. Outstanding scholars, students, and professionals are awarded the UBD Graduate Scholarship (UGS) to pursue graduate studies and advanced research at Universiti Brunei Darussalam. Bruneian and non-Bruneian candidates will have the opportunity to pursue their academic and scientific aspirations while also networking with worldwide researchers.

Requirement:
- Candidate must have at least a first-class honours degree with a distinction in Master’s degree with honors or a comparable qualification
OR
- Candidate bust have a Bachelor’s degree with a second class upper honours and a Master’s degree with an excellent publication record from and after the Master’s degree or comparable qualification.A high quality and impactful research proposal.
- Applicant must be fit to pursue studies in the area of choice.
Benefits:
- Tuition fees at Universiti Brunei Darussalam will be waived. This waiver will also cover registration and acceptance fees.
- Successful applicants will receive a monthly stipend of BND 500.00 for a period of 36 months.
- For a period of 36 months, successful applicants will be accommodated on campus.
- Candidates who do not live in Brunei Darussalam will be supplied with a round trip economy class air ticket from their home country to Brunei Darussalam upon acceptance of the scholarship and back to their home country upon completion of their studies.
- There will be funding for field research (BND 1000.00 for Arts and Humanities, and BND 2000.00 for Science candidates)
