As an applicant interested in the Program, you are to show a sound state of Physical and mental health through your health certification and records of your health examination report. Neither will the applicant be permitted to perform activities that require a legal license as for example a medicine practice license.
Any prior guilty sentences of a misdemeanor, which includes incidents such as Driving While intoxicated (DWI) and Driving under Influence (DUI) should be showcased by the applicants. October to November:

December:
