Durham University presents the 2024 Hatfield Lioness Scholarship. This golden chance is available for students seeking to begin a full time taught master’s degree in September/October 2024 in the United Kingdom (UK). For this bursary, only one person will be selected.
Necessities:
- Candidates must come from one of the following regions: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Benin, Bhutan, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cabo Verde, Cambodia, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Comoros, Congo (Democratic Republic), Congo (Republic), Côte d’Ivoire, Djibouti, Eritrea, Eswatini, Ethiopia, The Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Honduras, Kenya, Kiribati, Korea (Democratic People’s Republic), Lao PDR, Liberia, Madagascar, Mali, Mauritania, Micronesia (Federated States), Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Rwanda, São Tomé and Principe, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Tajikistan, Tanzania, Timor-Leste, Togo, Uganda, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Vietnam, and Yemen (Republic).
- This bursary is designed for female students from developing countries where access to higher education is limited
- it is a must for applicants to have at second class honors from a UK-based university or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution
- You must not be benefiting from any other scholarship
- Applicants should have an unconditional offer to their preferred postgraduate program by June 2024
