1. Sales Assistant
Key Accountabilities
- Stock shelves as and when needed
- Ensure that shop floors are clean always
- Clean products on the shelves at all times
- Ensure correct and proper price tagging of pharma and non-pharma on the shelves.
- Assist customers in the purchase of pharma and non-pharma products.
- Check and monitor products to ensure products do not expire on shelve
- Assist customers in the purchase of pharma and non-pharma products.
- Participate in weekly requisition of low stocked products in designated retail outlet.
- Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification Required
- Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) Certificate.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Must be residing in either of the following locations: Konongo, Accra & Takoradi
Location: Konongo. Accra & Takoradi
2. Store Supervisor
Duties
- Analyze data to anticipate future needs of wholesale customers
- Ensure cheque and cash are properly managed and safely lodged
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to customer issues
- Balance the cash register and generate sales reports
- Ensure proper accounts of all transactions including financial ones are kept
- Ensuring that products are stored properly to eliminate spoilage or damage
- Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
- Implementation of relevant SOPs and other policies
- Ensure that facility and equipment such as computers and generator etc. are properly maintained
- Ensure that stock is secure at all times to prevent theft
- Coordinate the work of other employees to ensure business goals are met
- Perform random checks and audit of stock to address inventory discrepancies
- Review / assess the work of team members at periodic time intervals
- Ensure the discipline of all team members
- Preparation and submission of stock reports to Wholesale Supervisor.
Requirements
- Min of Degree in Accounting/Marketing/purchasing and supply/procurement or related field
- Must have minimum of four (4) years of experience in a similar role
3. Operations Support
Tasks
- You will perform the same duties as the sales assistant so kindly check out the duties provided under the said role.
Qualification Required & Experience
- Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) Certificate.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role
- Must be residing in either of the following
Work Stations: Konongo, Accra & Takoradi
