For the Basic Nursing Programme 2022, applications are being accepted from qualified individuals for admission into Akwa Ibom State’s nursing schools.
Beginning on Monday, July 11, 2022, registration will run until Sunday, August 12, 2022, between the hours of 8:30 am and 3 pm, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Location: Nursing Services Directorate, Ministry of Health, Headquarters, Idongest Nkanga Secretariat, Uyo is the ONLY location where registration will be accepted.
English Language, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, and Mathematics credits earned in no more than two sittings in WASSCE, GCE, or NECO are required.
Requirements for Registration
i. Three recent Colour passport photographs
ii. Original and two photocopies of each of the following:
- Educational Certificates FSLC, WASSCE, GCE OR NECO.
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin
- Change of name (if applicable)
iii. Age (16 years and above)
