Saturday, October 15 marked the beginning of this year’s One-eighth stage of the National Science and Maths Quiz competition.
The NSMQ 2022 One-Eighth Stage
The One-eighth stage of the National Championship will experience 81 different schools in 27 contests, all competing to qualify to the next stage of the championship.
The Championship will take place in 4 days, from October 15 to October 18, 2022, as balloted and made public by the stakeholders in charge of the competition.

Overview of Results
At the end of the contests for day one, Mawuli School earned the highest Scorer of the day with 53pts. At the end of the second day too, St. James Sem. SHS also earned the highest scorer of the day with 49 pts. Each of these Schools received the AirtelTigo Ghana Highest Scorer of the Day Award worth GHC 2,000.
