About the NABCo Initiative
On Tuesday, May 1, 2018, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo launched the NaBCO initiative.
The President of Ghana, while launching the programme was confident that by the time NABCO trainees exited the scheme, trainees would have had the necessary work readiness skills and experience to land a job as a recent grad, which is typically cited as a barrier to employment.
