Siza Water is hiring for the position of Control Room Operator (REF: PMU/02/2024).
Key Functions:
The successful applicant is required to perform the following key functions, amongst other duties:
- Perform switchboard duties.
- Attend to customer queries, requests, and complaints.
- Maintain and update customer complaints/work order schedules and follow up on all queries.
- Open, delegate and process EDAMS job cards.
- Provide data for monthly reports, compile monthly reports, and keep records of group chats.
- Must be able to work shifts (day and night shifts)
- Data capturing.
- Assist with other related functions within the control room.
The applicant is required to have:
- Matric with Math.
- Diploma in Customer Service Relations or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year’s related experience in customer service or control room environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Candidates who reside within the service area of Siza Water will be given preference.
