Job Aim:
- To collaborate with Group Reward Team to efficiently manage local compensation and benefits for Ghana.
- To Lead and support the execution of people and organisational plans with a focus on organisation effectiveness, localisation and building leadership capabilities.
- To Provide comprehensive operational HR support, coaching and direction to business function area to achieve the strategic people objectives, as set out in the people Plan by acting as the lead on a range of different key activities.
- To support the design of impactful, results-oriented practices and developmental experiences in talent planning, performance management, talent review, succession planning, culture, inclusion and diversity that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent
Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree holder
- Professional HR Certification e.g., CIPD, SHRM preferred
- Minimum 5+ years in a similar role delivering talent, reward and org effectiveness programs at a fast-paced, engineering focused, technology organization
- Exceptional project management with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision making and measure program effectiveness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
