The goal of the MTN Global Graduate Development Programme is to find, nurture, and expedite exceptional graduates from around MTN’s Middle Eastern and African reach. The program provides a unique opportunity for gifted people to advance quickly into important positions at the telecommunications company.
This opportunity integrates on-the-job training through full employment and placement into a strategically aligned function with formal training in collaboration with Duke Corporate Education and the MTN Academy. Modules at the company’s three regional learning centers—located in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa—are part of the formal component.
These will include blended learning experiences such as metaphoric immersive experiences, multiple digital and media channels, and connection to social media platforms.

- Applicants should be younger than 27 years old
- You are expected to have a minimum qualification of Bachelor’s degree by 30th March, 2025
- You should have 25 month of full time work experience
