Eligibility:
- You have to be fluent in English (Written & spoken)
- Should be an emerging leader who have made contributions to your field
- Must have proven commitment to service and leadership within your community.
- Candidates must be willing to return to their communities after completion, in order to impact these areas with their enhanced training skills
- Applicants must display love for inclusion, community-orientation, hope, courage, imagination, strategy, accountability, integrity and resilience
- Have the ability and inclination to positively shape the future of their community
Important:
- Priorities will be given to applicants who have not yet matriculated at Columbia University.
- The fellowship is a full-time, residential program at Columbia and cannot be undertaken at the same time as a degree program.
