1. Warehouse Manager
Key Activities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and dispatching goods.
- Manage inventory levels, stock control, and audits.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Implement safety protocols and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff for productivity.
- Optimize stock levels, delivery schedules and transport costs.
- Manage order processing, inventory control, and operational reporting.
- Resolve operational challenges and ensure timely customer deliveries.
Requirements:
- Degree in Purchasing & Supply, Economics or a related field
- +5 years warehouse managerial experience

2. Financial Analyst
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of tasks to be executed:
- Analyze and consolidate financial data to align with company goals.
- Provide cost-saving recommendations and performance improvement strategies.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and risk reports.
- Track financial performance, identify trends, and advise on strategic decisions.
- Reconcile transactions and ensure data accuracy.
Stay updated on industry developments to drive process improvements. - Collaborate with management to influence long-term financial strategy.
Standard:
- BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field with 5 years working experience in similar role.
- Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications.

- Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
- Well informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market and business environments.

3. Category Manager – Culinary
- Strong understanding of the food service business with emphasis on culinary products
- Analyze and provide direction on how to rectify any waste issues.
- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with category strategy.
- Analyze performance metrics to guide product development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support regional product programs.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and pricing negotiations.
- Review and negotiate costs to ensure full margin potential.
- Support store managers in executing food service and beverage strategies.
- Monitor and address waste management issues.
- Coach managers on profitability and key performance metrics.
- Lead product sampling and in-house reviews.
- Research competitors to refine pricing and promotions.
Required Education And Expertise:
- 5-7 years’ experience in sales within the Food/Beverage industry with special focus on Culinary products.
- A bachelor’s degree in business management, preferably marketing.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with both customers, distributors and suppliers.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including
Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
