- New Business Development; Develop the assigned traditional trade markets by recruiting new wholesalers.
- Executing sales strategy and ensuring sales growth through driving effective channel penetration to achieve established sales targets.
- Generate new sales leads and channels expanding existing customer base within the Traditional Trade Market(Open markets) as well as finding wholesalers for each assigned territory.
- Effectively sell the value offering of your product range to meet all relevant customers needs and sales targets
- Manage and monitor sales of existing customers by following up regularly ensuring proper display of the brands products on store shelves
- Prepare timely customer acquisition, weekly sales and market analysis reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
- Ensuring strict adherence to credit management policy.
- Maintain and develop relationships with all customers.
- Analyze your territory and markets potential, track sales and make status reports.
- Gather relevant Data from Market
- Minimum 2 years sales experience in a Sales role (Traditional Trade Market) within the FMCG industry
- Good understanding of and experience in working with B2B customers.
- Proven track record of selling a full portfolio of products.
- Passion for selling FMCG or premium products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at customer level.
- A team player with high level of dedication
- · Sound knowledge in IT and Microsoft Office skills
