The Positions:
1. Station Supervisor
The Station Supervisor will be working under the direction of the Senior Operations Manager, deploys available staff to optimum effect and ensures that the various service suppliers provide the expected level of service to PassionAir customers
The Role:
- The overa operations of the department at the station
- Management of the resources i.e. people, equipment, etc to ensure the smooth handling of flights.
- Ensuring that the customer is satisfied by putting in place the appropriate measures; in handling and solving customers’ complaints.
- Plan, make decisions and carry through effective remedial actions in service recovery when dealing with problems arising such as delays, disruptions, or denied boarding including implementation of the “Options” Scheme. within the auidelines provided ov Senior Operations Manager in order to retain customer confidence and lovalty.
- Maximize revenue through collection of excess baggage charges, change of reservation charges, while maintaining high quality customer service at all touch points.
- Liaising with the relevant agencies and stakeholders in ensuring the efficient and effective operations at the station
- Ensuring for the proper dispatch of flights; and flights are closed and finalized on time.
- Liaising with Senior Operations Manager in ensuring the efficient and effective operations of the station.
- Overseeing all financial planning and analysis.
Profile:
- A University Degree or its equivalent with at least 3 years post qualification experience in the aviation industry
- Must have worked in the Ground Operations for at least 3 vears
- Must be able to work without supervision under pressure and within company policies and guidelines
- Able to travel and/or work flexible shifts. including holidays and weekends
- Able to stand continuously up to four (4) hours at a time and to perform under pressure.
- Must be able to use handheld radios and microphones to communicate with operations and make all terminal announcements.
- Must have good customer. leadershio and teamwork skills.
- Must have good and effective communication skills.
- Must possess problem solving skills, be confident and be able to delegate task

2. Captain
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for operations and safety of the aircraft and for the safety of all crew members, passengers and cargo on board.
- Have the final authority as to the operations of the aircraft while in command.
- Responsible for the operations of the aircraft according to the Rules of the Air and Air Traffic Control.
Requirements:
- License type: ICAO- ATPL/ CPL
- Type rating – Dash8/Q400 or 300
- Valid Radio Telephony License
• Instrument Rating
- Minimum level 4 English proficiency
- Total Flight Time (Hrs.) – at least 3000
• Total PIC (Hrs. – at least 1000
- Total Multi- Engine Time – 2000
- Total on Type – 150
