2. Senior Drill Services Supervisor
- Organize and lead quarterly and routine all cross-functional engagement with all stakeholders to communicate plans and request support for all regional drilling plans across the Business.
- Promote and maintain an environment that supports diversity and inclusion and empowers speaking up among teams.
- Lead quarterly Supplier Relationship Management and Performance meetings and Drill Business Partner monthly.

3. Equipment Permitting & Licensing Trainer
- Comply with all Newmont Africa Occupational Health and Safety requirements as well as those required under relevant Ghana legislation.
- Certify complete recording policies and procedures are maintained.
- Contribute towards identifying the training needs for the mining workforce
- Support with the approved company mobile equipment licensing system.
