The services of a Cup Sales Supervisor is needed.
Responsibilities Of A Supervisor, Cup Sales:
- Conduct regular visits to schools to promote cup noodles, identify new sales opportunities, and establish strong, trust-based relationships with school administration to drive product visibility and sales.
- Identify and onboard vendors who align with our brand’s values, ensuring they are equipped to represent our product effectively.
- Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with vendors, fostering loyalty and trust through regular communication and support.
- Provide continuous training and resources to vendors, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to deliver high-quality service.
- Oversee order placements to ensure timely deliveries and maintain optimal stock levels for uninterrupted sales, especially in schools and with vendors.
- Coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability, adjusting orders based on demand forecasts and seasonal changes.
- Address customer and vendor inquiries promptly, providing solutions to issues and ensuring a positive experience that aligns with our brand’s commitment to quality service.
- Actively gather feedback from customers and vendors, using insights to improve service delivery and maintain satisfaction
- Monitor and manage daily inventory to ensure accurate stock levels, minimizing shortages and surpluses.
- Foster a proactive communication line with vendors to understand their needs and challenges, offering tailored support to help them succeed.
- Schedule regular check-ins to address potential concerns, strengthen relationships, and improve vendor satisfaction
. Maintain accurate daily sales and operational data in the Order Management System (OMS), enabling clear performance tracking, data-driven decisions, and regular reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar role. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret market trends.
- Must be capable of balancing operational efficiency with a focus on growth and relationship building.
