Duties Of A Cup Sales Manager:
- Drive business and employment opportunities by enabling and supporting local entrepreneurs to cook and sell noodles.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with school authorities, identifying opportunities to support their events and daily activities.
- Work closely with schools to understand their needs and tailor our support to become a valuable part of their ecosystem.
Onboard new vendors, focusing on those who align with our mission of community support and brand loyalty. - Ensure existing vendors are well-supported and motivated by nurturing strong, productive relationships.
Regularly review vendor performance and provide guidance to enhance their growth. - Organize events and interactive sessions that reinforce the brand’s values and create a fun, engaging environment for kids in schools
. Lead, train, and inspire the cup sales team to expand our presence in new locations, fostering creativity and dedication. - Strategically plan and implement school, kids, and vendor engagement initiatives that align with our mission of community growth.
- Actively ensure the well-being and profitability of vendors within the business, positioning them as long-term stakeholders.
- Develop programs that support vendor success, fostering a strong sense of loyalty and commitment to the project.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive sales initiatives and address customer needs effectively.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to senior management.
Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales analytics, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Results-driven and customer-focused, with a passion for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
