There is a fresh role open at Akka Kappa. They are in search of an Administrative Executive.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Provide administrative support to various departments or senior executives, such as drafting correspondence.
  2. Prepare reports and maintain databases.
  3. Implementing company policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  4. Maintain and organize physical and electronic records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and easy retrieval.
  5. Managing calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  6. Ordering and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
  7. Other administrative duties.
