Here is the Accion Microfinance Bank Job Opening. The bank is seeking the services of an Admin Assistant Officer.

Duties of the position:

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, setting up for meetings, scanning and photocopying of documents for the office of the MD
  • Maintain supplies inventory for the office by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Cash Management- Requisition & Retirements of expenses for the office in the course of running the office.
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Administration of Meeting Platforms – Zoom, Teams, Google meet etc.

Qualification:

  • Administrative experience for a minimum of 2 years preferably in a financial services firm.
  • Minimum of a first degree in any related discipline.
  • Excellent visitor-facing skills, emotional intelligence and objectivity in approach is a must.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
