The Ghana Security Services are currently spearheading a large-scale recruitment drive, inviting applications from candidates who send their candidacy in the year 2021.
The Enlistment:
- be at least 5 feet 8 inches (173cm) tall for males and 5 feet 4 inches (163cm) for females;
- be physically and medically fit by Ghana Immigration Service standards;
- have been in possession of a minimum of five passes in SSCE/WASSCE including Mathematics and English as at 01/12/2021
2. Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS)
- Be a minimum height of 1.73m/173cm (5ft 8inches) for males and 1.63m/163cm (5ft 4inches) for female
- Have been in possession of a minimum of “A” level, five (5) passes in “O” level/WASSCE/SSCE including English and Math/ Pass in City Guilds Grade I & II/NVTI Grade I & II/GES Intermediate level/COTVET as at September 1, 2021
- Hold a minimum of five passes in SSCE/WASSCE including Mathematics and English as of December 1, 2021
- Be willing to undergo basic Police training and other required forms of training.
- Meet specific height requirements: at least 5 feet 6 inches (1.68m) for males and 5 feet 2 inches (1.57m) for females.
- Satisfy the physical and medical fitness standards as prescribed by the Ghana Prisons Service.
- Be prepared to undertake basic Prisons training and other requisite training programs.
