UNICEF is offering hands on internships to those who may be eligible and interested. This program will undoubtedly offers students and recent graduates with direct practical work experiences. The duration of the training is between six (6) and twenty six (26) weeks on either a full time or part time basis.
Requirements For The Internships At UNICEF:
- Candidates should be at least 18 years old
- You must be studying at Undergraduate, master’s or PhD level. In addition, it is not too late to apply if you graduated within the past two (2) years
- Language proficiency is paramount therefore it is always an advantage to be fluent in at least one of the organization’s working languages. (English/French/Spanish)
- Applicants must not have any immediate relatives (Parents & siblings) working at UNICEF or any other relative in your reporting line of authority
- Should be highly motivated with outstanding academic performance
- Addition consideration will be given to prospects who have professional experience relevant to the position they are applying for
Perks:
- Interns will receive monthly stipends
- When funds are available, a one time lump sum will be granted to recipients as compensation for visa and travel cost
- If necessary, they are willing to provide supporting documentation to help with visa applications
