Eligibility Criteria For The Taiwan Paid Internship
- This opportunity is available for undergraduate students in their final year
- Master’s students or master’s degree or B.S. holders can also apply
Ineligibility:
- PhD students are not eligible for this program
- Current employees or research assistants at Academia Sinica are exempted from this opportunity
- If you’ve the TIIP program, you will not be consider for this one
Internship Durations:
- 1st cohort: 1st May – 30th Jun.
- 2nd cohort: 1st Jun. – 31st Jul.
- 3rd cohort: 1st Jul. – 31st Aug.

Benefits:
- Successful applicants are entitled to a monthly stipend of NTD 30,000 (before tax)
- Half of the cheapest route round-trip airfare of an economy class from the intern’s hometown to Taipei will be covered
- An affordable on-campus accommodation will be arranged for interns
Interns will develop comprehensive experience in scientific education, gain practical training, and learn the Chinese language.
